My career in fitness started with a desire to bring more easily accessible exercise programs to the EVERY-body. For three years, I owned and operated an indoor cycling studio in the Back Bay neighborhood of Boston. It brought me so much joy to witness peoples’ transformations and bring a community-driven space to the neighborhood. It was about being open and available to anyone and everyone as it was truly a workout that any fitness level could enjoy and gain the benefits from.
After three years and the birth of my son, I decided my heart was home with him full-time and I made the tough decision to close the studio. The tug at my heart to be a part of someone’s health and fitness journey and helping others create healthier, happier lifestyles was always there. So, after three years of being home full-time with my son, I realized there was a way to be able to do both and that is when I went after my ISSA and AFFA Certified Personal Trainer certifications.
I feel at home in the gym. Next to being with my family, it is my happy place. I love showing people that fitness doesn’t have to be dreaded but can be fun. I love helping others become happier, healthier versions of themselves and creating longevity and confidence in their bodies. You only get one body and the choices you make today will affect you for years to come.
I would love to work with you! I will work with you to create a personalized program just for you – with your goals, lifestyle, preferences and background in mind. Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I have developed my training programs by working with a variety of people, and always love adapting my program to new clients.
