- 2 medium red apples, cored, sliced thin
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 275° F.
- Core and slice apples
- Place in a medium bowl and sprinkle with Cinnamon and mix
- Place apple slices on baking sheet
- Bake for 45 minutes, turn slices over, back for additional 30 minutes, or until crispy
