ROUND 1

30 secs each move – 2 rounds
– High Knees
– Frog Burpee
– Scissor Slicer
– Push Ups

ROUND 2

30 secs each move – 2 rounds
– Jumping Jacks
– Jumping Lunges
– Piyo Kickthrough
– Jump/Squat/Punch

ROUND 3

30 secs each move – 2 rounds
– Mountain Climbers
– Side plank with dip
– Inchworm pushup
– Single leg squat

ROUND 4

30 secs each move – 2 rounds
– Burpees
– Back Lunge with front kick (or stick with back lunge and tap your toe)
– Twisting Abs (with or without weights)
– Tricep Dips (with or without leg extension)

ROUND 5

30 secs each move – 2 rounds
– Jump Squats
– Lateral Plank Walk
– Plank with arm reach
– Skaters

ROUND 6

30 secs each move – 2 rounds:
– Fast Feet
– Up and down plank (to modify simply hold the plank position as long as you can)
– Squats
– Superman
