Circuit Crushing from HOME

You don’t need a lot of time, you don’t even need any equipment.  These circuit training videos only use what you already have in your home.

 

CIRCUIT #1: CHAIR / COUCH

Grab a chair or use your couch and let’s sweat!
30 seconds each move – 2 rounds
  • Tricep Dips
  • Incline Pushup
  • Standing Leg Raise – Side
  • Standing Leg Raise – Back
  • Bridge

CIRCUIT #2: LAUNDRY DETERGENT

30 seconds each move – 2 rounds:
  • Sumo Squats with Bicep Curl
  • Kettlebell Swings
  • Dumbell Woodchopper
  • Sidebend

CIRCUIT #3: STAIRS

 

Let’s do this!
30 seconds each move – 2 rounds:
  • Run the stairs
  • Box Jump (knees neutral, eyes and chest up, land in a squat, step down)
  • Incline Pushup
  • Toe Taps

CIRCUIT #4:HAND TOWEL

Today I’ve have a nice little TOWEL circuit for you all.
30 Seconds each move – 2 rounds:
  • Single Leg Sliding Squat
  • Curtsey Lunge
  • Pike Up
  • Twisting Knee Tucks (Slide Right, Slide Center, Slide Left, Slide Center)

 

CIRCUIT #5: BROOM

Here’s your circuit for the day: BROOM

30 Seconds each move – 2 Rounds:
  • Jumping Jacks
  • Squats
  • Calf Raises
  • Broom Jump Over
  • Standing Ab Twist
  • Burpee

 

CIRCUIT #6: ALL ABS

Here’s a little ab circuit I put together just for all of YOU!
30 Seconds each move – 2 Rounds:
  • Leg Lifts
  • Toe Touches
  • Bicycles
  • Leg Raises
  • Plank
  • Superman
